Headache

I have a headache so bad I think my brain is going to start leaking out my eyeballs any second now.

There is a lightning storm with thunder and hail going on. A big piece of the neighbor's tree crashed through the fence in the back. Luckily the dogs were not outside. Unluckily we now have to fix the fence and the dogs can't go outside until we do. The tree hit right on the seam (I am sure there is another word for this) where the fence hits the post and it sheared off all the metal pieces like a lightsaber. The piece of tree (bigger than my car) fell from around 100 feet up and is partially impaled in the ground. The wind was so strong that it blew it horizontally before it fell.

I got a thing in the mail today from Fidelity, with whom I invest money, inviting me to attend the shareholder meeting July 15 and vote. Because I am a nerd, I read all the stuff they send. One of the items that the board of trustees recommends voting against is this: "Procedures to prevent holding investments in companies that substantially contribute to genocide or crimes against humanity." What kind of horrible person would recommend voting to finance genocide? The board of Fidelity, I guess.
There is more information about this here: http://investorsagainstgenocide.net/fidelity
If I lived closer to Boston I would go to this shareholder meeting.
